Pet Policy
To ensure the comfort of all guests and your pet(s): Please know that not all cabins are dog friendly and the need for a dog friendly cabin should be stated first thing when making a reservation.
Dogs may be permitted with a non-refundable fee of $25 per pet per night.
There is a maximum of two dogs per cottage.
Dogs must be up to date on rabies and kennel cough/Bordetella as well as current on flea treatment with records shown to Chris/Julie.
Dogs are not to be left unattended in the cottages. They may be left in a kennel.
Pets must display a friendly temperament towards other guests, children and pets, we do have 2 barn cats that roam the property as well as a dog ourselves
Excessive barking may lead to cancellation of rental contract without refund.
Please leash and clean up after pets, plastic bags and shovels are available. Damage fee will be assessed for waste that is not properly taken care of in a timely manner.
Wet dogs are not allowed in the cottage.
Pets should not be allowed on the furniture; sofa covers are available upon inquiry. This includes no sleeping in our beds.
Owners are responsible for any damage and repairs, and any excessive amount of cleaning due to dog hair, dirt or waste will be charged at $250.00.
If an accident occurs; carpet cleaning solution is available for your use.
Furthermore, guest acknowledges that any breech in this policy may lead to eviction without refund.
